Offered is a charming antique Old Paris Cabaret tea set.
These types of sets usually come with two teacups as well as a matching tray.
The two teacups are missing but the trio of the teapot, sugar bowl and creamer make a lovely presentation.
It is beautifully decorated with colorful birds and butterflies and trimmed nicely with gilt.
The teapot and sugar bowl have lids and the sugar bowls handles are molded faces.
The gilt shows some fading with the colorful images still remain vivid.
The sugar bowl does have a repair. See photo. Price will reflect this defect.
The set includes a total of 6 pieces. It was manufactured about 1830.
