Offered is a set of 8 blue antique English dinner plates attributed to
Coalport during the Regency period sometime between 1815 and 1825.
These plates are rare.
The large size makes them very desirable.
The shop also lists a set of 11 soup plates in the same pattern.
Three hand-painted floral medallions compliment the design of the border.
The elaborate skill in the design and decoration makes these plates great for wall display.

MEASUREMENTS:
The plates measure 10 1/4 inches in diameter.
CONDITION:
There is a chip on one plate, a hairline, and a chip on a second plate.
There is no crazing but a few areas of slight roughness on the rims of a few plates.
Any porcelain manufactured during this period may have some age-related issues.
None of these issues affect the beauty of these plates substantially.
Please, no dishwasher for the best care.
