Offered is an antique English dessert set with a hand-painted pink scalloped border featuring three beautiful Scottish scenes.
The set includes 2 dessert plates and 1 low compote.
The Scottish views on each plate are "Loch Leven and "Loch Linlithgow Palace". The compote shows "Loch Long".
From the 19th century and elegantly finished with detailed gilt trim. Unsigned but there is a pattern number 3968.
It could be manufactured at one of the prominent English companies Minton or Coalport.

2 1/4 inches tall
CONDITION:
Set in great condition overall with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
Minimal wear due to age.
