Antique Royal Worcester coral pink china set.
12 dinner plates circa 1909.
Decorated with hand-painted pink rose floral swags next to an encrusted gold inner band.
Each plate measures 10 1/4 inches in diameter, and they are bone china and quite heavy.
HISTORY:
The standard printed factory mark includes the number 51 in the center, which refers to the year 1751, when Dr. John Wall founded the Worcester Porcelain Company. The mark can appear in any color and in a variety of materials.
The marks almost always included a code to indicate the year of manufacture. From 1891 pieces were coded with a system of dots and/or symbols with the addition of the words "Royal Worcester England".
The mark on these plates indicates that they were manufactured in 1909

Excellent antique condition.
No chips, cracks, or crazing.
Like new and appear to have had little to no use.
