Rare antique French Limoges china set
Classically designed in white porcelain with wide gilt trim and embossed lion crest.
The French pieces were manufactured by D & C France in the late 1800s for Higgins & Seiter of New York.
It features six dinner plates, six dessert plates, and six large coffee cups with saucers.
Added as a bonus are three English half-moon salad plates retailed at Thomas Goode London.
MEASUREMENTS:
6 large coffee cups measure 4 1/2 inches at the mouth and 2 5/8 inches tall. Holds 6 ounces of liquid
6 saucers measure 6 1/2 inches in diameter
6 dessert plates measure 8 1/8 inches in diameter.
6 dinner plates measure 9 3/4 inches
6 English half-moon salad plates with the gilded lion crest as well.
CONDITION:
Excellent antique condition for all pieces except a small chip on the underside of one dinner plate.
One rim chip on one dessert plate.
The price will reflect this issue.
No other chips, no cracks, or crazing.
Hand washes for the best care.
