A rare serving dish and underplate by Spode Felspar circa 1825 is offered.
It is finished in hand-painted pale pink ground featuring neutrally-colored florals with white enamel centers scattered throughout.
The pretty design is complete with extensive gilt embellishments.
The rim is molded and heavily trimmed in gilding.
MEASUREMENTS:
The bowl measures seven 1/2 inches handle to handle and stands four inches tall.
The underplate measures about 9 inches in diameter.
The pattern number is 4120.
This set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
It is perfect as a Mother's Day gift.
