Rare Antique Limoges Cream Soup Bowl w Matching Saucer, Rich Deep Green Border, Heavy Gilding Decoration, Holiday Table, Circa 1895

Offered is an antique French Limoges cream soup bowl with a matching saucer.

The set has a beautifully hand-painted rich deep green border with heavy gilding decoration on both pieces.

The gilding adds richness to the overall design.

As well as the bowl's fancy shape and the saucer's fluted rims.

These plates were manufactured and decorated in France, which enhanced their value.

They were retailed by Burley and Co. Chicago, dating back to the 1920s.

MEASUREMENTS:
The soup bowl measures 2 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches handle to handle
The saucer measures 5 1/2 inches in diameter

CONDITION:
The condition is excellent.
The exception is a small rim flake on the bowl, as shown in the photo.
There is a tiny flake on the saucer as well.
The stability of the set is still intact. The price is reduced to reflect less than perfect.
No other chips, cracks, or crazing.
