MEASUREMENTS:
The plates are 10 5/8 inches in diameter.
HISTORY:
From 1847 to 1970 the company was owned outright by the Copeland family and many times showed a variation of Copeland often used in conjunction with the Spode name on the back stamp.
From the late 1800s to 1963 impressed marks were used to date the pieces. A letter to indicate the month and 2 numbers to reflect the year.
CONDITION:
Excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing.
These plates would be wonderful for a nice garden meal of fresh vegetables and fruit.
