Lovely French china set featuring 8 dessert plates with scalloped edges and a blue border.
Manufactured by Jullien Fils Aine French artist in Paris 1855.
He manufactured the finest tableware services from 1840 to 1889 when the factory closed.
The back stamp shows Paris 1855/63 Poissoniere. Monogrammed and a family crest with nobility stature.
These plates are meant to be used in formal and elegant settings and ideally passed down through the family. Lovely for display in a china cabinet.
These plates are 9 1/8 inches in diameter.
Great condition. Two plates have small chips on the inside of the base barely noticeable. No loss of color. Hand washes for the best care. No microwave, please.
