1800s English Botanical Dessert Set: Vintage Gisaille Painted Plates with Serving Dish

9-piece antique English dessert set featuring eight plates and a serving platter.
Hand-painted fruit features a grisaille painted treatment, lending a softness to the presentation.
The set also has a lovely designed rim with gilt trim.
This set has the quality and craftsmanship of one of the significant manufacturers Minton or Spode.
The set may be Cauldon.

MEASUREMENTS:
Six plates measure 9 inches
Two Minton plates measure 7 inches.
One serving dish measures 8 X 11 inches


CONDITION:
Overall, the set is in good antique condition, with no chips or cracks; there is a small hairline on one of the plates.
Porcelain manufactured during the 19th century will have acquired some minor imperfections.
There is some minimal loss of color on some plates.
The soft effect of the grisaille painting creates a subtle presentation.
None of these issues takes away substantially from the beauty and the quality of this set
