French monogrammed china set with a white ground with a heavy-gilt embellished trim for the beautiful monogram and scalloped rim.
The monogram reads "A C P" in that order.
Features ten dinner plates, eight dessert plates, and five soup plates.
Manufactured by T& V Limoges.
Pattern in this listing is New Palissy and dates of production was from 1891 to 1919.

HISTORY;
The history of the Tresseman & Vogt porcelain factory began in the 1880s but the name Vogt was associated with porcelain from Limoges for many years before Treseman joined the company.
In the 1850s, John Vogt founded the company in Limoges, exporting porcelain to the headquarters in New York, which had existed since the 1840s. In the 1860s, he founded the decorating studio, and his eldest son, Charles, took over the management of the company in New York. He then adopted the Name Vogt & Dose in 1865 to include John Vogt's nephew, Fredric Dose.
It wasn't until 1880 that Emilien Tresseman joined as a partner, bringing plenty of capital. Together, they began producing their own porcelain(whiteware, decorated tableware, accessories, and art objects) in 1891.

The company was sold in 1919.

Five soup plates. 9 1/8 inches
Also included are two extra plates.

CONDITION:
No chips, cracks, or crazing.
The set is in excellent antique condition.
