Purchased this charming little English china set from a dealer in Australia.
A partial set for the buyer who desires a taste of 19th-century grand life.
An antique dessert set with hand-painted green leaves and floral sprigs.
Rims are scroll molded and gilt trimmed.
Four dessert plates and a matching dessert serving dish.
As was sometimes customary during that period, they are unmarked but most likely could be Ridgeway or Bloor Derby.
Family heirloom.
The pattern number 1884.
Circa 1830.
